How does an Insights subscription work?
We want Insights to be useful to you – so you’ll join us on a rolling quarterly subscription. We’ll invoice you each quarter for each product category of research you’re subscribed to, and you can add or remove products quarterly – so your subscription is tailored to you.
How do I know there will be enough contributors to the research?
We know that the better the data, the more insightful the research is – so we guarantee fulfilment of our research quota every month via our engaged database of survey respondents.
What happens if I want to cancel?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to cancel your Insights subscription, you can do so at the end of a quarter - we won’t tie you into a yearly contract.
